OUTRIGHT PURCHASE
Outright purchase can be made for any amount of users, and the cost depends upon the number of user stations required for your individual company requirements. The purchase includes upgrades and support for any bug fixing for a period of 12 months from purchase date. The licence key does not expire and further upgrades after 12 months can be purchased as and when required. An annual user fee is optional and if used will keep your company up to date with changes to improve the system.				For those companies seriously committed to safety and who have the financial resources, this is the way to ensure that all safety occurrences are recorded, investigated and tracked in a professional way with the minimum of effort. No annual subscriptions to worry about and upgrades can be purchased as and when required.
If an upgrade is purchased the new licence will include all upgrades published to date.
ONE YEAR LICENCE
One year licence includes all upgrades as well as support for any bug fixing for a period of 12 months from purchase date. The licence will expire after 12 months and a new contract will have to be purchased in order to continue using the system past the 12 month date.				For those who are unable to, or who cannot afford to make an outright purchase, the option of annual payments are available. An annual payment alleviates the bind of monthly payments.      The licence key is valid for a period of 365 days from time of purchase, whereafter the system will only be able to be viewed.
If a further one year licence is purchased the new licence will include all upgrades published for that year.
MONTHLY LICENCE				This option is meant for the smaller operators that do not have large amounts of capital to spend on an annual or once off outright purchase. Smaller monthly installments allows for the company to purchase the same quality safety program at affordable monthly installments. The licence key is valid for a period of 30 days from day of purchase. For those seeking annual or outright purchase this option could also be used to start operating the system before the next annual budget is approved.
